Capventis announce, we have achieved recognition from Oracle as a specialized partner for the implementation of Oracle Service Cloud (fka Oracle RightNow CX Cloud Service), adding to the Oracle CRM on Demand specialization attained in 2010. To become an Oracle Service Cloud specialist partner, companies have to comply and achieve certain criteria:
A pre-defined number of client license transactions
Successful implementations, validated by the clients
A specific number of certified specialist consultants
Capventis has not only fulfilled the business criteria, with clients validating and providing references to implementations, but also achieved more than 20 certifications among the CX team (Sales, Pre-Sales, Support and Implementation specialists).
