The Role

Our Customer Engagement team is looking for a Business Development Manager, with strong hands-on experience of Business Software Solutions, preferably SaaS.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate which will include:

  • Developing knowledge of products, services, pricing and value
  • Driving lead generation and brand awareness along with the marketing team
  • Identify new areas of growth and build the pipeline
  • Build relationships with our customers and key partners
  • Lead discovery calls, demos, and show value proposition
  • Put together proposals for clients


  • Minimum 5 years experience of selling technology / SaaS solutions
  • Track record of growing pipeline with commercial acumen
  • Ability to lead sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Educated to degree level
  • Strong communication, written and presentation skills
  • Self-starter


  • Experience of Zendesk or similar SaaS solution
  • Knowledge of ITSM
