About Us: 

Capventis is a Business Consulting firm that specialises in the areas of Experience Management, Data Analytics and Business Improvement. We partner with leading vendor applications, platforms and tools, to deliver Business Solutions for customers. We also supplement vendor applications with the best open-source technology to address complex data management, data integration and IoT challenges.

 

With 250 Qualtrics #XM projects completed for 197 clients across 25 countries, we are continuing to expand the business.

 

Having recently appointed Solutions Consultants for the French, German, Spanish and Italian markets, we are now looking to fulfil additional, similar roles within the business for the French and German speaking markets. For that we are looking for consultants who can help us drive the business in these regions.

 

As an accredited partner, Capventis assists and supports companies to enable, implement, integrate and make best use of the Qualtrics technology platform. The successful candidates must work closely with Qualtrics and our customers to support in the delivery of EX and CX initiatives, and programs.

 

About You: 

You must be a native or fluent speaker in French or German, with excellent business level English.

 

You will cultivate and nourish relationships with the customers, be technically knowledgeable about the Qualtrics platform and its capabilities, and be able to manage stakeholders, engagements and projects.

 

The successful candidate will have relevant technical background, be enthusiastic about broadening their skills, and possess a strong academic record. You will be able to display initiative, have an ability to learn quickly and have a flexible approach to working. You will join the Capventis team and will be given training and certification in the Qualtrics platform.

What We Require: 

The following are essential:

 

  • French or German, native speaker or fluency, with English
  • Experience of working with technology
  • Educated to degree level in a technical or relevant discipline
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a wider team

Additional

Desirable

  • Experience or understanding of:
    • Market research, and customer feedback software (e.g. Qualtrics, Medallia, Confirmit, Survey Monkey)
    • Customer management software (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce, Oracle)
    • Experience Management (Customer Experience – CX, Employee Experience – EX)
    • Web design, content & development
    • Data processing, visualisation and analysis

     

This role could involve frequent travel to Qualtrics offices and to client sites. Successful candidates can be based out of Capventis’ Dublin or London offices.
