The Role

Our Commercial team is looking for an experienced technical sales person, with strong hands-on experience of Customer Engagement / CRM platforms, who has the initiative, the ability to learn quickly and the drive needed to support engagements with clients and vendors.

Required

  • Educated to degree level, ideally in STEM discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ professional experience of selling technology / SaaS solutions
  • Previous hands-on experience of Customer Engagement / CRM product(s)
  • Strong communications, written and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to demonstrate and propose technical solutions

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Zendesk (or competitor) platform would be a distinct advantage
  • Knowledge of ITSM would be a distinct advantage
  • Outbound prospecting experience
