The Role

Our Commercial team is looking for an experienced technical sales person, with strong hands-on experience of Experience Management / Customer Experience platforms, who has the initiative, the ability to learn quickly and the drive needed to support engagements with clients and vendors.

  • Build relationships with our customers and key partners
  • Conduct discovery / scoping calls and demos with prospects
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Qualtrics’ products and value to prospects and customers
  • Work with partner AE’s to win new business and expand existing business
  • Identify new opportunities of growth within clients


  • Educated to degree level, ideally in STEM discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ professional experience of selling SaaS solutions and/or associated Professional Services
  • Hands-on experience of Experience Management / Customer Experience product(s)
  • Strong communications, written and presentation skills with fluent English
  • Proven ability to demonstrate and propose technical solutions


  • Vendor Management experience / working with Vendor AE’s in partnership
  • Knowledge of Qualtrics (or competitor) platform
  • Knowledge of Data Analytics
  • 2nd European language
