Our CRM journey started 20 years ago, over ten years before Zendesk was born, with Capventis starting our CRM business as a Siebel partner. The CRM practice morphed into an Oracle business after Siebel’s acquisition; however, in 2019, we decided to adopt Zendesk as the most modern customer engagement platform.
