Solutions Consultants – Spanish Speaking

You must be a native or fluent speaker in Spanish, with excellent business level English. You must be capable of understanding the business and be able to clearly articulate the Qualtrics and Capventis value propositions to prospects and customers.


You will cultivate and nourish relationships with the Qualtrics team in the region, be technically knowledgeable about the platform and its capabilities, and be able to manage customers, engagements and projects.


A successful candidate will have relevant experience, be enthusiastic about broadening their skills, and possess a strong academic record. You will be able to display initiative, have an ability to learn quickly and have a flexible approach to working.


You will join the Capventis team and will be given training and certification in the Qualtrics platform.


The following are essential:

  • Spanish, native speaker or fluency, with English
  • Experience of working with technology in a client-facing solutions delivery consulting role
  • Educated to degree level in a technical or relevant discipline
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a wider team


Experience or understanding of:

  • Market research, and customer feedback software (e.g. Qualtrics, Medallia, Confirmit, Survey Monkey)
  • Customer management software (e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce, Oracle)
  • Experience Management (Customer Experience – CX, Employee Experience – EX)
  • Web design, content & development
  • Data processing, visualisation and analysis


This role could involve frequent travel to Qualtrics offices and client sites in Spain. Successful candidates would be based out of Capventis’ Dublin or London offices.
