What is Magnet4Europe?
Magnet4Europe is a groundbreaking European initiative designed to bring the internationally recognised Magnet® model of nursing excellence to hospitals across Europe. Funded by the EU Horizon 2020 programme, it helps participating hospitals redesign their organisational structures to improve nurse wellbeing, patient outcomes, and workplace culture.
Developed in collaboration with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), the programme guides hospitals toward full Magnet Recognition®, one of the highest distinctions in global healthcare quality.

Patient Experience – quality of care, safety, and satisfaction
